Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 May 2026

By accessing ReadGlobe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What ReadGlobe is

ReadGlobe is a free, informational reference covering mental models, cognitive biases, ideas, thinkers, and quotes. It is provided for general education and curiosity. It is not professional advice — we describe what thinkers argued and what researchers have found; we do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.

Intellectual property

Editorial explanations, synthesis, comparisons, and the “how to use / where it fails” commentary are © ReadGlobe 2026. Underlying source material is drawn from openly-licensed and public-domain sources (Wikipedia and the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy under CC-BY-SA, Wikiquote, and Project Gutenberg) and is attributed on each page; such material remains under its original licence. You may quote ReadGlobe with attribution and a link; you may not bulk-scrape or republish the site wholesale.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReadGlobe to break the law, infringe rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape it in a manner that degrades availability for others.

No warranties

ReadGlobe is provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy and flag uncertain attributions, we make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

External links

We link to third-party sources and websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may revise these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
